I have a husky 3120 great saw better to use than Stihl as i am older now I bought an ms 500i great saw much less weight than the old husky but very honest saw so far only worn out 3 chains 25 inch bar but 404 chain i have gotten used to sharpening that from husky days Only 1 criticism the air cleaner is not nearly as good as the husky

I picked up the X27 and the Maul a week ago to split some limbs from storm cleanup. Love the X27. I am not sold on the Maul. Maybe it’s my technique, but the Maul doesn’t seem to bite as deeply with the same swing. I may just need to put a sharper edge on it.

Canned cat food in a stocking works so good. Trick I leaned as a kids. I'm an Aussie, I remember times as a kid we would go as a family catch and gather yabbies from an out of town dam. 15 family members pulling sting baits and putting our catch in wet heshen sacks. We would then go back home and put the yabbies in a kiddie pool, while the adults drank and we would pull the dead ones and put aside for friends pet fish "Oscar's and angel fish". After a couple of hours they would start the boiler. Time for us kids to catch them all again for dinner time. Good old memories and I'm only 35 lol. Freshwater lobster lol, so good dipping Tails in garlic butter...
